A lovable, fluffy Bernese Mountain Dog named Harris, to be exact. Harris had a zest for life and a boundless love for the outdoors that was infectious. With his floppy ears, wagging tail, and an insatiable curiosity for every leaf, stream, and mountain trail, he embodied the spirit of adventure.
From the moment we brought Harris home, our weekends transformed into mini-adventures. We’d load up the car, pack some snacks, and set off to explore the Scottish countryside.
Whether it was a gentle stroll by a serene loch or a challenging hike up a rugged hill, Harris was always up for the challenge. His enthusiasm was contagious; he made every outing feel like the greatest adventure of all.
Sadly, Harris’s time with us was cut short. He passed away at just 11 months old, leaving a huge void in our hearts. But even in his brief time with us, Harris taught us something invaluable: the joy of being outdoors, the thrill of exploration, and the peace that comes from connecting with nature. We knew we wanted to honor his memory by sharing this passion with others.
And so, Harris Campers was born. We started with a simple idea: to offer people the freedom to explore, to discover new places, and to experience the beauty of the outdoors—just like we did with Harris. Our camper vans are more than just vehicles; they are keys to unlocking unforgettable journeys. Each van is thoughtfully equipped to provide the comforts of home while allowing you to venture off the beaten path.
